A native of New England, Dr. Waugh completed his hand fellowship training at Children’s Hospital Boston and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston.

Dr. Waugh earned his medical degree at the University of Massachusetts Medical School and completed his orthopedic residency at the University of Maryland.

Dr. Waugh is now taking appointments for all hand conditions. His professional interests include nerve problems, upper extremity trauma, basal joint arthritis, carpal instability, rheumatoid arthritis and microsurgery.
