Directions:

From the North:
Take Route 95 South to New Hampshire Exit 5, Dover and Spaulding Turnpike (Route 16). On Spaulding Turnpike, take Exit 9 toward Somersworth. At the end of the ramp, take a right. At the first set of lights, take a left which is Route 108 North toward Rochester. Approximately 2 miles on the right is a two-story brick building at 7 Marsh Brook Drive (formerly 237 Route 108) which is Marsh Brook Professional Center. Seacoast Orthopedics & Sports Medicine’s clinical suite is Suite 100 and the support services which include administration are in Suite 205.

From the South and East:
Take Route 95 from Boston. After the New Hampshire toll booth, take the left hand Exit 4 which is the Spaulding Turnpike (Route 16). On the Spaulding Turnpike, take exit 9 toward Somersworth. At the end of the ramp, take a right. At the first set of lights, take a left which is Route 108 North toward Rochester. In Concord, take Route 393 East (also called Routes 9, 202, & 4) toward Portsmouth. In Northwood, take a left onto Route 9 toward Dover/Rochester. Stay on Route 9 heading toward Dover. In Dover, turn left at the traffic lights onto Route 155 North. Your second right will take you onto the Spaulding Turnpike (Route 16) North. From the West (MANCHESTER AIRPORT):
From the Manchester Airport take 101 East to Exit 7 in Epping. Follow Route 125 North in Epping toward Rochester. In the town of Lee catch Route 155 towards Dover. In Dover catch the Spaulding Turnpike (Route 16) North to Rochester. On the Spaulding Turnpike, take Exit 9 toward Somersworth. At the end of the ramp, take a right.
