Appointment FAQs

How do I make an appointment?

  • We do our best to accommodate your schedule and to minimize your wait in getting an appointment. We have only one office location at the Marsh Brook Professional Center. To schedule a new consultation or follow-up appointment, or to change an existing appointment, call (603) 742-2007.

What should I bring to the office for my appointment?

  • Please read the Your Visit section of the website before your visit. Your appointment will be facilitated by having an organized file of your medical history, medications, previous studies such as X-rays, MRI, or CT scans with reports, and copies of any previous operative reports which relate to your current problem.
  • Also remember to bring your insurance information so that our staff can assist you with your claim forms as needed.

Should I fill out any forms before my visit?

  • Please visit our forms section to download the forms we need prior to your visit. The more accurate and thorough the information on these forms, the better we can care for you and promptly treat your problem.

Where are your offices?

  • Directions to our office are provided in the Location & Hours section of this website.

Appointment cancellations

  • We request that patients who must cancel their appointments do so at least 5 days prior to the scheduled visit in order to give other patients an opportunity to be scheduled in your cancelled time slot.

Patient Waiting Times

  • We pride ourselves by minimal patient waiting times in our office. We do appreciate your patience and understanding with delays. We do ask our patients to contribute to efficient patient flow by being on time for their appointment and by bringing all requested materials to the visit. In fairness to other patients, patients who are late may need to reschedule or wait for other scheduled patients that have come on time.
