Certified Physician Assistant

Denise Burnham, PA-C, graduated with a master’s degree in the physician assistant program at the University of New England in Maine. Prior to that, she earned an associate’s degree in nursing from Westbrook College in Portland. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Physician Assistants in Orthopaedic Surgery, and is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

Ms. Burnham has been practicing with Seacoast Orthopedics & Sports Medicine since 1998. She has privileges at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Dover and Frisbie Memorial Hospital in Rochester. Her interests include working with the joint replacement team in the treatment of osteoarthritis.
