Job Description
Non-operative Spine Physician
Enjoy immediate success providing non-operative spine care in Seacoast New Hampshire at our established subspecialty orthopedic practice — regional leaders for over 40 years. Our ideal candidate would:
- Provide non-operative management of patients with spine ailments.
- Have clinical practice experience or fellowship training.
- Have experience treating injured workers and occupational disorders.
Interest in occupational medicine is additionally valued, but not required. Many of our spine patients have work-related injuries and we would appreciate a candidate interested in leading our occupational medicine program. Such a leadership role would:
- Improve and maintain relations with gatekeepers and referral sources in the workers compensation industry.
- Evaluate workers compensation proficiency of other physicians in order to suggest improvements and standardize workers comp protocols.
Candidate must have board certification or eligibility. Suitable credentials include:
- Non-operative Orthopedic Surgeon with residency at accredited U.S. training program.
- Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) with one of the following primary certifications:
- Family Medicine and OMT (Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment)
- Family Medicine with CAQ in Sports Medicine and demonstrated interest in non-surgical spine care
- Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) with special interest in non-surgical spine care
